[KANDAL, CAMBODIA] – As part of the "Disability-Inclusive Health Promotion Project," RI Korea and KOICA have released a new educational video to encourage rehabilitation and chronic disease management among vulnerable residents in the Ang Snuol District.

Bridging the Gap through Digital Content The 90-second video features local medical professionals and residents, demonstrating practical rehabilitation exercises using modernized equipment at the Ang Snuol Referral Hospital’s Physical Therapy Unit. The content aims to raise awareness about the importance of professional medical care for those suffering from chronic illnesses and physical disabilities.

Innovative Accessibility via QR Codes To ensure easy access, the video is linked via QR codes on posters distributed throughout the community. Residents can simply scan the code to watch the video on YouTube (https://youtu.be/s8XaCz75n8c), providing them with a 24/7 visual guide to self-directed health management and professional therapy services.

"Visual education is a powerful tool for empowering residents who may face barriers to traditional information," said a representative from RI Korea. "By showcasing our newly equipped Physical Therapy Unit, we hope to encourage more people to utilize professional rehabilitation services to improve their quality of life."
