ប្រការ ២៖ កាតព្វកិច្ចរបស់អ្នកប្រើប្រាស់ (Article 2: Obligations of Users) ១. សមាជិកត្រូវបញ្ចូលព័ត៌មានសុខភាពរបស់អ្នកភូមិឱ្យបានត្រឹមត្រូវ និងច្បាស់លាស់បំផុត។ (Members must enter villagers' health data accurately and clearly.) ២. សមាជិកមិនត្រូវយកព័ត៌មានផ្ទាល់ខ្លួន ឬព័ត៌មានសុខភាពរបស់អ្នកភូមិ ទៅប្រើប្រាស់ក្រៅពីគោលបំណងការងារ ឬចែករំលែកទៅកាន់បុគ្គលខាងក្រៅជាដាច់ខាត។ (Members must not use villagers' personal or health information for non-work purposes or leak it to outsiders.) ៣. សមាជិកត្រូវរក្សាសម្ងាត់នូវឈ្មោះគណនី (ID) និងលេខសម្ងាត់របស់ខ្លួន កុំឱ្យអ្នកដទៃដឹង។ (Members must keep their ID and password confidential.)

ប្រការ ៣៖ ការអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យប្រើប្រាស់ (Article 3: Service Access and Approval) ១. មានតែអ្នកស្ម័គ្រចិត្តសុខភាព និងបុគ្គលិកដែលទទួលបានការអនុញ្ញាតពីអ្នកគ្រប់គ្រងប៉ុណ្ណោះ ទើបអាចប្រើប្រាស់គេហទំព័រនេះបាន។ (Only authorized Health Keepers and staff can use this website.) ២. ប្រសិនបើព័ត៌មានចុះឈ្មោះមិនពិត អ្នកគ្រប់គ្រងមានសិទ្ធិបដិសេធ ឬផ្អាកគណនីនោះភ្លាមៗ។ (If registration info is false, the administrator may deny or suspend the account.)

ប្រការ ៤៖ សុវត្ថិភាពទិន្នន័យ (Article 4: Data Security and Maintenance) ១. រាល់ទិន្នន័យដែលសមាជិកបញ្ចូល គឺជាទ្រព្យសម្បត្តិរបស់គម្រោង ហើយនឹងត្រូវប្រើប្រាស់សម្រាប់ការវិភាគ ដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់សេវាសុខាភិបាល។ (All entered data is project property and will be used for analysis to improve health services.) ២. ទោះបីជាសមាជិកឈប់ពីការងារក៏ដោយ ក៏ទិន្នន័យការងារដែលបានបញ្ចូលរួច នឹងមិនត្រូវលុបចោលឡើយ ដើម្បីរក្សាទុកជាឯកសារផ្លូវការ។ (Even if a member leaves, work data will not be deleted for record-keeping purposes.)

ប្រការ ៥៖ ការដាក់កម្រិតលើការប្រើប្រាស់ (Article 5: Restrictions) អ្នកគ្រប់គ្រងអាចបញ្ឈប់សិទ្ធិប្រើប្រាស់ ប្រសិនបើសមាជិក៖ (The admin may terminate access if a member:) ១. ប្រើប្រាស់ព័ត៌មានរបស់អ្នកដទៃដើម្បីចុះឈ្មោះ។ (Uses another's info to sign up.) ២. បញ្ចូលទិន្នន័យមិនពិតដោយចេតនា។ (Intentionally enters false data.) ៣. បំពានច្បាប់សុវត្ថិភាពព័ត៌មាន។ (Violates data security rules.)

ប្រការ ៦៖ ផ្សេងៗ (Article 6: Others) ចំពោះបញ្ហាដែលមិនមានចែងក្នុងលក្ខខណ្ឌនេះ នឹងត្រូវអនុវត្តតាមច្បាប់ជាធរមាន និងការណែនាំរបស់គម្រោង។ (Matters not stated here will follow relevant laws and project guidelines.)
