សមាគមស្តារលទ្ធភាពពលកម្មជនពិការកូរ៉េ បានប្រកាសថា កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៤ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ កន្លងទៅនេះ បានរៀបចំវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពសម្រាប់ "Health Keeper" ដែលបំពេញការងារចុះសួរសុខទុក្ខតាមផ្ទះដល់ជនងាយរងគ្រោះក្នុងភូមិបុរីកម្មករ និងភូមិព្រៃទំព្លាប់ ។

វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះមានគោលបំណងពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពគ្រប់គ្រងសុខភាព និងកែលម្អការគ្រប់គ្រងសុខភាពរបស់ក្រុមជនងាយរងគ្រោះ ។ ក្នុងចំណោម Health Keeper ចុះតាមផ្ទះចំនួន ២០ នាក់ មានអ្នកចូលរួមសរុបចំនួន ១៧ នាក់ បានទទួលការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលយ៉ាងពេញលេញចាប់ពីម៉ោង ០៩:០០ ដល់ ១៦:០០ ។

ជាពិសេស វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះមិនត្រឹមតែផ្ដោតលើទ្រឹស្តីប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែថែមទាំងផ្តោតលើការអនុវត្តជាក់ស្តែងផងដែរ។ ក្រៅពីការអប់រំផ្នែកសុខភាព អ្នកជំនាញផ្នែកសង្គមកិច្ចបានចូលរួមជាគ្រូឧទ្ទេស ដើម្បីបង្រៀនអំពី៖

• ការសង្កេតសុខភាពរបស់អ្នកភូមិ

• បច្ចេកទេសប្រឹក្សាយោបល់

• វិធីសាស្ត្រវាយតម្លៃការគ្រប់គ្រងករណី

តំណាងអ្នករៀបចំកម្មវិធីបានបញ្ជាក់ថា ការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលតាមរយៈការអនុវត្តជាក់ស្តែងនេះ បានជួយឱ្យ Health Keeper មានការយល់ដឹងកាន់តែច្បាស់ និងមានសមត្ថភាពដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាផ្សេងៗនៅនឹងកន្លែង ។

ទន្ទឹមនឹងនេះ សមាគមគ្រោងនឹងរៀបចំវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលស្តីពីការព្យាបាលស្តារនីតិសម្បទាសម្រាប់ Health Keeper ដែលជាក្រុមគាំទ្រផ្នែកវេជ្ជសាស្ត្រ (ក្រុមគ្រូពេទ្យ) នៅអំឡុងខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ខាងមុខនេះ ។

RI Korea Successfully Completes the "1st Health Keeper Capacity Building Training" for Vulnerable Groups in the Community

- Targeting Health Keepers in Borey Kamkor and Prey Tunlorb Villages

- Practical Training Conducted, Ranging from Home-Visit Counseling Techniques to Medical Device Usage

The Korea Rehabilitation International (RI Korea) announced that on May 24, 2026, it conducted a capacity-building training session for "Health Keepers" who perform home-visit activities for vulnerable residents in Borey Kamkor and Prey Tunlorb villages.

The training aimed to strengthen the health management capabilities of the Health Keepers and improve the health management of vulnerable groups. Out of the 20 home-visit Health Keepers, 17 participated in the full-day training session from 09:00 to 16:00.

Notably, this training focused on practical application rather than just theory. In addition to health education, social work experts participated as instructors to teach:

• Observation of residents' health status

• Counseling techniques

• Evaluation and case management methods

Furthermore, the training included practice sessions on monitoring chronic diseases and disabilities , managing health and sanitation environments , stress management , and the use of medical devices such as thermometers, sphygmomanometers, and blood glucose meters.

A representative stated that this practical-oriented training has enabled the Health Keepers to gain a deeper understanding and better ability to address various issues encountered in the field.

Meanwhile, the association plans to hold a rehabilitation treatment training for Medical Support Health Keepers (medical staff) in June 2026.
