ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី ២៨ ខែឧសភា ដល់ថ្ងៃទី ៤ ខែមិថុនា សមាគមស្តារលទ្ធភាពពលកម្មជនពិការកូរ៉េ (RI Korea) បានចុះបំពេញបេសកកម្មនៅមណ្ឌលសុខភាពចំនួន ៩ ក្នុងស្រុកអង្គស្នួល ខេត្តកណ្តាល ប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ដើម្បីត្រួតពិនិត្យប្រតិបត្តិការ និងសម្ភាសន៍អំពីស្ថានភាពថែទាំសុខភាពរបស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋក្នុងមូលដ្ឋាន។

ដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ចនេះមានគោលបំណងស្វែងយល់ពីស្ថានភាពបច្ចុប្បន្ននៃសេវាថែទាំសុខភាពមូលដ្ឋាន និងស្វែងរកដំណោះស្រាយដើម្បីធានាថាប្រជាពលរដ្ឋគ្រប់រូប រួមទាំងជនពិការ ទទួលបានសិទ្ធិសុខភាពស្មើៗគ្នា។

តាមរយៈការសម្ភាសន៍ជាមួយមន្ត្រីមណ្ឌលសុខភាព ក្រុមការងារបានបញ្ជាក់ថា មណ្ឌលសុខភាពកំពុងផ្តោតសំខាន់លើសេវាសុខភាពមាតា និងទារក ការចាក់វ៉ាក់សាំងបង្ការ និងការគ្រប់គ្រងជំងឺឆ្លង។ លើសពីនេះ មណ្ឌលសុខភាពក៏បានអនុវត្តសកម្មភាពអប់រំជាប្រចាំ និងការចុះពិនិត្យសុខភាពតាមផ្ទះជូនប្រជាពលរដ្ឋផងដែរ។

សមាគមស្តារលទ្ធភាពពលកម្មជនពិការកូរ៉េ បានពិភាក្សាអំពីទិសដៅអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សម្រាប់មណ្ឌលសុខភាព ដើម្បីដើរតួនាទីជាស្ថាប័នផ្តល់សេវាសុខាភិបាលបឋមប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាព។ តំណាងសមាគមបានបញ្ជាក់ថា៖ «យើងនឹងបន្តសហការយ៉ាងជិតស្និទ្ធជាមួយមណ្ឌលសុខភាព ដើម្បីអនុវត្តសកម្មភាពលើកកម្ពស់សុខភាពដែលគ្របដណ្តប់លើជនពិការ ដើម្បីធានាថាប្រជាពលរដ្ឋទាំងអស់ទទួលបានសេវាសុខភាពដែលមានគុណភាព»។

RI Korea Visits Health Centers in Ang Snuol District, Kandal Province, Cambodia to Strengthen Disability-Inclusive Healthcare

- Visits 9 health centers in Ang Snuol District to assess local health conditions and identify training needs for medical staff - Discusses enhancing primary public healthcare capacity, focusing on disability awareness, rehabilitation, and chronic disease management

From May 28 to June 4, the Rehabilitation International Korea (RI Korea) visited nine local health centers in Ang Snuol District, Kandal Province, Cambodia, to assess the operational status of local health facilities and conduct interviews regarding the health management of local residents.

This visit was organized to identify the current status of primary healthcare services in the community and to seek ways to ensure that all residents, including persons with disabilities, can enjoy their rights to health equally.

Through interviews with health center officials, the association confirmed that local health centers are primarily focusing on maternal and child health, vaccinations, and infectious disease control. The survey also highlighted the efforts of local staff in conducting regular health education and home-visit checkups for residents.

It was noted that despite the challenging environment, medical staff are highly dedicated to promoting the health of local residents and have expressed a strong need for specialized training in areas such as disability awareness, rehabilitation/physical therapy, and chronic disease management.

Based on these findings, RI Korea held discussions on the future direction for health centers to serve as effective primary public healthcare institutions. A representative from the association stated, "This visit served as a crucial opportunity to identify the practical needs of local health centers. We will continue to collaborate with them to sustain disability-inclusive health promotion activities, ensuring that all residents can access high-quality medical services regardless of their disability status."

Moving forward, RI Korea plans to build on this field assessment to establish a foundation for the self-reliance of Cambodia’s local healthcare system and to develop a community-based health management model that integrates both persons with and without disabilities.
